Pink Shades Bracelet
I had so much fun making this Pink Shades Bracelet.
This bracelet makes as a great accessory and can be made in several colors!
Yarn: Small amount of Red Heart Super Saver Yarn #4
3 1/2 inches lying flat 1 ½ inches high
Ch/chs = chain/chains
Dc = double crochet
Rnd/rnds = round/rounds
Sc = single crochet
Sl st = slip stitch
Sp/sps = space/spaces
Sdc = spike double crochet
St/sts = stitch/stitches
Yo = yarn over
Cross over double crochet – double crochet in indicated stitch, cross over the front of worked dc and insert hook into indicated st, pull up loop and work dc over top of previous dc. (looks like X)
SDC – Wrap yarn over hook insert into indicated st, yo and pull up a loop (3 loops on hook), pull up to the height of current rnd working on, yo and pull through 2 loops, yo and pull through remaining 2 loops. (Spike double crochet complete)
Ch 1 and ch 2 at beginning of rnds counts as sts
Ch 24 sl st together to form circle (Being careful not to twist chain.)
Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in each st around; join with a sl st; (24 sts)
Rnd 2: Ch 2, cross over and work dc in st to left of ch 2. Ch 1 * sk next 2 st, dc in next st, dc in the second skipped st, ch 1* Repeat from to around; join with a sl st. (8 cross over dc, 8 ch 1 sp)
Rnd 3: Ch 2, dc in next st, * sdc in the first sk st in rnd 1, dc in next 2 st,* Repeat from to around (24 dc)
Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in each st around. (24 sc)
Fasten off & Weave in ends!
